Police stated a 4 -year -old boy had died when a gravity has fallen in a cemetery.

The Lancashire police stated the boy was injured in Bernley Road, Humlingden on Saturday at 13:00 BST on the Rawannstall cemetery.

A drive spokesperson stated that paramedics tried to save lots of him, however “sadly the boy died in the” devastating “incident.

He said that death was not considered suspicious and a file coroner would be sent “within the appointed time”.

A police spokesman said the officers were called to the cemetery “A gravity fell on a toddler after the report”.

He stated: “Sadly, and regardless of the perfect efforts of emergency companies, the boy grew to become sad.

“Our views are with our loved ones in this devastating time.”

Labor MP Andy Macken, for Rosendel and Darven, stated that his views went to the household and all have been impressed by the “tragic incident”.

Local councilor Liz McInse stated that all the space was “mourning”.

He stated: “This is a terrible tragedy. I have a hearty and deep sympathy to this poor boy's family.”
