Responding to an inquiry report by The Indian Express, the Congress on Wednesday demanded the sacking of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tarkishore Prasad. Investigation has revealed that Prasad’s household and associates received 36 contracts price over Rs 53 crore underneath the flagship ‘Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal’ scheme.
Addressing a press convention, Congress chief Randeep Surjewala mentioned, “It is not Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal Yojana but Har Neta Theka Yojana (Contract for every leader scheme).”
“BJP Legislature Party chief and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tarkishore Prasad’s daughter-in-law, his brother-in-law and his associates have been given 36 contracts price Rs 56 crore and Modiji, Naddaji and Nitish Babu are saying that all the pieces is okay, Surjewala mentioned.
“Does such a Deputy Chief Minister have any ethical proper to proceed in workplace even for a day? Tarkishore Prasad ought to resign or be sacked.
Surjewala learn out particulars of contracts awarded to Prasad’s daughter-in-law, an organization through which the deputy chief minister’s brother-in-law and his spouse are administrators. “Isn’t this a conflict of interest? Shouldn’t Tarkishore Prasad resign immediately? Shouldn’t JP Nadda immediately demand his resignation? Shouldn’t Modi ji and Amit Shah ji come forward and speak against corruption? Why Nitish Kumar silent Shouldn’t he take action?” Surjewala requested.
“The name of BJP should now be changed to Bhaykar Ghotala Party (scam-ridden party),” he mentioned.
