Bal says that the allegation belongs to an alleged assault, which was allegedly held on 19 February 2023 at a nightclub in Central London.
The 36 -year -old was arrested in a lodge in Manchester within the early hours of Thursday.
He stays in custody and is scheduled to look earlier than the Manchester Magistrate Court on Friday.
CPS London North Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor Edel Kelly stated, “We have authorized the Metropolitan police to charge Chris Brown with a count of severe physical damage, contrary to Section 18 of crimes against the person Act 1861”.
He stated that “criminal proceedings against this defendant are active” and “he has the right to a fair testing”.
R&B singer is presently on tour and is scheduled to play a number of exhibits within the UK in June and July.
