Delhi Capitals commerce Shardul Thakur to Kolkata Knight Riders for Aman Khan

India’s quick bowling all-rounder Shardul Thakur is about to play for Kolkata Knight Riders within the subsequent version of the Indian Premier League after his former franchise Delhi Capitals traded him for uncapped Mumbai all-rounder Aman Khan.

Thakur, who was purchased by Delhi Capitals for Rs 10.75 crore, took 15 wickets in 14 matches within the 2022 version, together with career-best figures of 4/36, however leaked near 10 runs per over.

Thakur is the third participant to be traded by KKR after New Zealand’s Lockie Ferguson and Afghanistan’s Rahmanullah Gurbaz have been acquired from the Titans in one other all-cash deal.
