Delhi Police has busted a faux name middle in Rohini and arrested 5 folks, together with 4 ladies, for duping tons of of individuals posing as bank card service suppliers and providing them profitable schemes.
DCP (Rohini district) Pranav Tayal mentioned, “The arrested individuals have been recognized as Rahul Rathore (30), Muskaan (21), Sonam (26), Babita (22), Kajal (22). Rathore used to work in an identical name middle earlier and determined to open his personal name middle. They have purchased their clients’ knowledge from two folks and now we’re conducting raids to nab them.
Tayal mentioned that on June 15, he had acquired details about a faux name middle working in a residential space. “After verifying all the facts, a raid was conducted where they found all the arrested persons. When a valid permission/authorization certificate was sought from Rathore for running the call centre, he could not produce any valid document,” he mentioned.
During interrogation, Rathore revealed that he had obtained contact and bank card particulars from two of his associates. “Their employees were making calls after impersonating as credit card service providers and started reading their written transcriptions to dupe innocent customers. They were giving them false assurance of providing them with attractive offers, gift cards, VIP money saving cards, healthcare schemes. By luring their customers to send money to their bank accounts before availing credit card facility, which they were not giving after receiving the amount. An FIR has been registered at KN Katju police station,” he mentioned.
