Thomas McDonaghA former boxer, who was coaching with Ricky Haton on the age of 46, has died, saying “even 12, 13, 14 years old, he was knocking everyone”.
Thomas McDonagh stated that he had seen the previous world champion as he was coaching youngsters on the fitness center in Greater Manchester.
“I knew Ricky since I was about 10 or 11 years old. As a child he was an incredible fighter, he was a superstar.”
McDonagh, who helps to run the collyharst and Moston Boxing Club, stated Honon was a “Manchester Legend”, which in recent times helped in elevating cash for the venue and “all our amateur boxing shows.”
“He came to the gym all the time, he got time for everyone, he came and sat down and talked to him,” Mr. McDonag informed BBC Radio Manchester,
“He was down on Earth and did not change a small change.”
The Greater Manchester Police stated Haton was discovered lifeless at his house on the age of 46.
Mr. McDonagh stated: “We have heard through friends that before going out on social, we are all very upset in the club, very upset about it, he was a great failure.”
Thomas McDonaghHe stated: “Even at the age of 13/14, he was taking out everyone, he was such a superstar.
“So sure, it’s fairly tough to take, it’s a shock, he was an influential particular person.”
Former boxer and broadcaster Stacey Copland told BBC Radio Manchester When he was training in a gym on Thursday, he last saw Honan.
“He had somewhat elbow damage and was speaking to Blane, who was my coach and who was teaching him for his return to Dubai, and he was simply speaking about that his elbow was somewhat bitter.
“He was to go out and sign the contract this week, so to say that it was a huge shock is an understanding.”

“Children of all ages and even adults will discover within the fitness center after per week and after seeing it and Ricky Honon was making an attempt to repeat what was doing it.
“The belt, the championship, they are all important, but they had influence on the people, the way they inspired them and were emotional – that is what matters to them.
“They took hundreds of [fans] For Vegas – very, only a few individuals ever managed to take action. It is unbelievable that he had the next. ,
He stated that the impression of his loss of life can be “absolutely humble in the entire boxing community”.
“We are a tight-witted community, he was one of us and we have lost one of our one.”

The proprietor of the native restaurant, Mizanur Rahman, who was one of many tributes exterior the boxer's home, stated he served Haton a number of instances and described him as a “great personality”.
“He was such a wonderful person and inspired the whole country, not only the community.
“He was a powerful particular person – very, very gossip – and it's an excellent drawback.”
Joe Ashcroft, who was also among those gathered in the Hyde, said: “I needed to pay my honor as a result of I like boxing – it's one of many recreation that I actually like and Ricky was greatest.
“I believe he is leaving the legacy of encouraging children to go into a game rather than being on the streets.”
