The case was filed in Madhya Pradesh’s Shivpuri District and Sessions Court by a lawyer named Suresh Dhakad, who claimed that the episode containing “objectionable scenes” was aired on Sony TV on April 21.
According to Dhakad, a case has been registered towards the present’s anchor Kapil Sharma and Sony TV director MP Singh beneath IT Act and Excise Act. The matter is to be heard on October 1.
