The FIR was registered in opposition to 21 named folks and 30 others on a criticism filed by Asha Pratap, sister-in-law of the primary accused Dhirendra Pratap Singh, they stated.

Asha Pratap Singh had alleged that after “cancellation of the meeting” on October 15, a gaggle of individuals attacked villagers, through which Dhirendra Pratap Singh and 7 others had been injured.
She had accused 21 (recognized) folks, together with Jai Prakash Pal who died within the firing, and 25-30 unidentified folks for his or her involvement within the conflict.
“The FIR has been lodged under IPC sections 147 (Punishment for rioting), 148 (Rioting, armed with deadly weapon), 307 (attempt to murder), 308 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), 506 (criminal intimidation) and the Criminal Law Amendment Act among others,” the SHO stated.
The police had recovered the weapon used within the crime on Friday and stated the accused BJP chief revealed throughout investigation that he had hidden it beneath a tree close to his home after the incident.
