In Dublin, the High Court has heard that Gerry Adams by no means prosecuted the allegations in Ira as he was sitting in his military council until 2005.

Who was Dennis Donaldson?

Shri Donaldson was once an important person in the rise of Sin Fen as a political power in Northern Ireland, but was murdered after his assassination in 2006.
He was an internship for periods in the 1970s without a trial.
After signing the Good Friday Agreement, Sin Fen appointed Mr. Donaldson as his chief administrator at the party's store offices.
In 2005, Mr. Donaldson admitted that he was a detective for the British intelligence for two decades, before he disappeared from Belfast.
