Google has gained its problem in opposition to a 1.49 billion euro (£1.26 billion) positive imposed by the European Union for blocking rival on-line search advertisers.
The group accused Google of abusing its market dominance by blocking third-party opponents from displaying search adverts between 2006 and 2016.
Although Europe's second-highest courtroom upheld many of the European Commission's findings, it determined to annul the positive.
The incident comes per week after the European Union's highest courtroom upheld a 2.42 billion euro positive imposed on Google over its procuring service.
