The Indian Navy at present efficiently check fired BrahMos supersonic cruise missile from indigenously-built stealth destroyer INS Chennai, hitting a goal within the Arabian Seat.
The missile hit the goal efficiently with pinpoint accurancy after performing high-level and intensely advanced manoeuvres. BrahMos as “prime strike weapon” will make sure the warship’s invincibility by participating naval floor targets as lengthy ranges, the Defence Research and Development organisation (DRDO) mentioned.
The check firing of the BrahMos missile comes at a time India and China are locked in a bitter border standoff in japanese Ladakh.
The extremely versatile Brahmos has been collectively designed, developed and produced by India and Russia.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh congratulated DRDO, BrahMos and Indian Navy for the profitable launch.
