BBC Repair Shop host Jay Blades, who was accused of utilizing a cell phone whereas driving, has had the cost dismissed.
The 54-year-old appeared for a short listening to at Cannock Magistrates' Court in Walsall on Tuesday.
He had beforehand pleaded not responsible to the offence, which was allegedly dedicated in Wombourne, Staffordshire.
Mr Blades, sporting a black go well with and tie, confirmed there was no change to his plea, earlier than prosecutor Zulkarnain Saeed confirmed the Crown Prosecution Service was not providing any proof.
