A leopard was on the run in Agra’s Etmauddaula after a four-hour-long operation by the Uttar Pradesh Forest Department and Wildlife SOS, an NGO.

Agra Divisional Forest Officer Akhilesh Pandey stated, “It is a densely populated area, so the sighting of the leopard created a wave of panic among the residents.” “After deploying our team to assess the situation, we approached Wildlife SOS to assist them in the rescue operation. We were able to intervene effectively and timely with their help,” he stated.

The leopard was pacified by Wildlife SOS Veterinarian Dr S Ilayaraja after piercing a gap within the wall of the storage room to save lots of a mob of 200 individuals who gathered on the spot.
