The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland (RZSS) has confirmed {that a} lynx captured close to Kingussie within the Cairngorms National Park on Friday has died in a single day.
The feral cat was one among 4 illegally launched cats caught in the identical space in current days.
The animals had been humanely captured in pairs within the Dales within the Killihuntly space.
The society stated it was “completely confident” that there have been no different wild animals within the space. An investigation is underway to learn how they reached there.
