A significant incident has been declared at a hospital “due to cyber security reasons”.
Wirral University Teaching Hospital stated in a press release on its web site that the continued incident on the belief is prone to influence on the efficiency of Arrowe Park Hospital in Wirral.
The hospital has requested folks to solely come to the hospital if they’ve a “genuine emergency.”
A hospital spokesperson stated, “Trust business continuity procedures are in place and we remain focused on maintaining patient safety.”
The assertion stated: “However, this issue is likely to result in longer wait times in the emergency department and assessment areas.
“Please attend the emergency department only if you have a genuine emergency.
“If it is not an emergency, please go to 111, use a walk-in centre, urgent treatment centre, GP or pharmacist.”
