Police on Saturday accused an individual after growing Big Ben's Elizabeth Tower at Palace in Westminster in Central London.
On 29 -year -old Daniel Day, after climbing the Clock Tower, a preserved web site has been accused of a public disturbance and overcharging, stated the Metropolitan Police.
