A person and a girl have been accused of homicide after the dying of a 5 -week baby.
Walsal's 34 -year -old Sean Jefferson, and 33 -year -old Amy Leh Clarke of Lichfield had been accused of homicide and accused of giving or permission as a result of dying of a kid.
The pair was charged with two circumstances of extreme bodily harm with intentions and three circumstances to trigger critical bodily harm to a baby.
