Manchester United captain Harry Maguire won’t play within the Europa League remaining in opposition to Villarreal on Wednesday.

United supervisor Ole Gunnar Solskar lowered Maguire’s hopes of getting back from a well timed ankle damage to play in Gdaस्कsk, Poland.

“He’s walking but there is a long way from running to running,” Solaskar mentioned on Friday. “So, to be honest, I don’t think we’ll see him in Gdansk, no.”

The England middle again broken his ankle ligaments in a Premier League match at Aston Villa on 9 May, when Villa winger Anwar El Ghazi descended on him.

England’s first sport of the European Championship is in opposition to Croatia on 13 June, and the newest replace from Solaskar recommended that Maguire was not removed from a comeback.

“As I’ve said many times, I’m going to give him the last training session, until Tuesday night, and see if he can try to stay there,” Solaskar mentioned.

“Constantly but surely he is improving, but the ligaments … they take time to heal.”
