She said at a meeting to discuss the issue that Foden told his daughter: “Well, you've received a grimy mouth, aren't you?”
“I was furious when I heard it,” Rhiannon said.
“It made me sick.”
He said he believed Foden had “a bunch of people that shield him”.
He added, “In my opinion, it was solely a matter of time earlier than his habits escalated, and all those that enabled this to occur should be held accountable.”
A council spokesperson for Señor Gwynedd said that having “no data” about these specific cases meant he was unable to comment.

“He noticed it as an extension of himself in some ways.”

Ms Edwards said she resigned from the governing body because of the way Foden tried to run things.
She said she was “shocked” by his arrest in September 2023.
She said, “Although there have been tribunals about his bullying behaviour, his angle in the direction of employees members, which was very worrying, I by no means felt that he had an unhealthy, distorted curiosity in kids.”
The Welsh Government mentioned: “We have seen sweeping reforms to the school system over the last decade, but the role of their governing bodies has not fundamentally changed, which is why we have announced the review.
“Local authorities are currently responsible for ensuring that governors are provided with the training and information they need to carry out their role effectively.”
