Ann Altman, the sister of OpenAI Chief Executive Sam Altman, has filed a lawsuit alleging that he frequently sexually abused her between 1997 and 2006.
The lawsuit, which was filed on January 6 in a US District Court within the Eastern District of Missouri, alleges that the abuse started when she was three years outdated and Mr Altman was 12.
In a joint assertion onAlong together with his mom and two brothers, Mr. Altman denied the allegations and stated, “All of these claims are completely false.”
“Caring for a family member experiencing mental health challenges is incredibly difficult,” the assertion stated.
“This situation causes immense suffering for our entire family.”
In the submitting, seen by the BBC, Ms Altman alleged years of abuse that included rape.
The lawsuit says the final incident of alleged abuse occurred when Mr. Altman was an grownup however she was nonetheless a minor.
