Indian boxing star Mary Kom misplaced on Thursday Tokyo Olympics With a detailed 2-3 loss to Colombia’s Ingrit Valencia. Despite the loss, Priyanka Chopra, Randeep Hooda, Ishaan Khatter, and Farhan Akhtar took to social media and known as the boxer a ‘champion’ and an ‘inspiration’.

Thursday’s outing proved to be Kom’s final bout on the Games, with the age restrict being 40 on the Olympics.

Actress Priyanka Chopra, who performed Mary Kom in her biopic, known as the boxer a ‘legend’. Filmmaker-actor Farhan Akhtar, who lately performed a boxer in Toofan, tweeted, “Well fought @MangteC..#boxing You are a champion in more ways than a medal. #honour”

Mary Kom’s loss broke Randeep Hooda’s coronary heart and he shared, “What a fight Mary Kom!!! Could have gone either way.. Heartbroken thanks to the entertainment winner #Boxing #IndiaAtTokyo2020 #MaryKom.”
