A police constable has been suspended in Ajmer for allegedly sending obscene messages and movies to a minor woman.
He stated the accused Vikram Singh was posted at Pisangan police station and a case has been registered in opposition to him beneath related sections of the IT and POCSO Act.
According to the criticism lodged in opposition to Singh by Pisangan Panchayat Samiti member Pradeep Kumawat, the policeman was torturing the woman for the previous few months.
Kumawat lodged a criticism on behalf of the woman following which a case was registered in opposition to the accused.
“We have suspended the constable and a case has been registered against him under sections of IT Act and POCSO Act. He will be arrested after the investigation is completed,” stated Ajmer Superintendent of Police Jagdish Chandra Sharma.
Police stated that Nasirabad Sadar police station in-charge is investigating the matter.
