Vern, 40, had checked out different suppliers however stated a small field would value £58 to submit.
“We messaged the customer to inform them that they would not be receiving a parcel through the mail anytime soon, but told them that we were moving to NYC [New York City]And happy to ship.”
He stated clients have been “very overwhelmed” and provided to pay for supply when it arrived within the States.
“We refused to pay them and put it on their backs,” defined Vern, who receives about 30 worldwide orders per week.
“Royal Mail just isn’t updating clients on what is going on. At least whereas the assaults have been happening, we knew what was occurring.
“We don’t have a lot of information about this cyberattack, we get a few messages when trying to shop online but no one really knows what’s going on.”
