A Royal Navy investigation has discovered that girls within the submarine companies confronted misogyny, bullying and different unacceptable behaviour.
A report printed Friday discovered the conduct “has occurred among all ranks and rates in the past”, although stated “it is not widespread across the entire submarine service”.
The head of the navy, First Sea Lord Admiral Sir Ben Key, stated he was “really sorry” and that such conduct was “intolerable”.
The investigation lasted for 2 years was ordered In October 2022, following allegations from a former member of the Royal Navy. The report mentions allegations from 2014 to 2020.
