Sachin Tendulkar will proceed as UNICEF’s ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ for a report twentieth 12 months, working for the welfare of underprivileged youngsters.

The iconic cricketer has been related to UNICEF for lengthy for numerous causes. In 2003, he was chosen to take lead within the initiative to create consciousness and promote polio prevention in India.

Later in 2008, he was roped in to create and promote hygiene and sanitation amongst communities and has been persevering with to take action over time.

In 2013, he was appointed UNICEF Ambassador for South Asia to advocate good hygiene and sanitation throughout the area.

In 2019, he went on a three-day journey to Nepal to lift consciousness for UNICEF Nepal’s ‘Bat for Brain Development’ marketing campaign.

In his nearly two-decade-long partnership with UNICEF, he has been very important in furthering the campaigns, particularly those aimed toward offering higher future for underprivileged youngsters.
