US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik stated that the deal must be resolved because of uncommon earth and magnets.
Both sides stated that they might now plan for approval of the Presidents of their nation – Donald Trump and Xi Jinping.
The announcement was made after two days of talks in London between the highest officers of Beijing and Washington.

Last month, Washington and Beijing agreed to a short lived trus on commerce tariffs, however every nation has since been accused of violating the deal.
“We have reached a framework to implement Geneva consensus,” Lutynik informed reporters.
“Once the presidents approved it, we would like to implement it,” he stated.
China's Vice Commerce Lee Chenggang stated, “Both sides, in principle, reached a framework to implement the consensus by two heads of the state during the phone call on 5 June and unanimously reached the meeting of Geneva.”
