The ship's captain accused the North Sea collision

The captain of a cargo ship, who collided with an oil tanker within the North Sea, has been accused of killing gross negligence.

The Hamberoside police stated Vimersky, St. Petersburg, Russia's 59 -year -old Vladimir Motin has been despatched to police custody on Saturday to seem within the Plow Magistrate Court.

Portuguese-Jharu-wate Solong and US-Penified Tanker Stena Immunization crashed from the East Yorkshire coast on round 10:00 GMT on Monday.

The Crown Prosecution Service said that Filipino National Mark Angelo Parnia, 38, has been nominated as a member of Solong's crew, who’s lacking and believed to be useless.

Frank Ferguson, head of the Crown Prosiction Service Special Crime and Counter Terrorism Division, stated: “We have authorized the Hambercelside police to charge a Russian national in connection with the collision of two ships in the North Sea from the eastern coast of England to charge a Russian national.”

Mr. Ferguson stated: “Crown Prosecution Services are all concerned that criminal proceedings against this defendant are now active and have the right to fair testing.

“It is extraordinarily vital that no reporting, remark or sharing to share on-line data, remark or data that may bias these proceedings in any approach.”
