The Consawator Shopping Center in East Belfast is to be closed in two weeks, with direct mounted cost receiver.
BDO Ni's Michael Jennings mentioned that “after assessing viability, we have notices to the remaining tenants of the Consawatter Shopping Center, unfortunately, that the center will close its doors in two weeks on March 21”.
“In these next weeks, BDO will support tenants through this infection, while the connwater will assess the possible future uses and the options to bring the center to the market for sale.”
There are solely 20 business tenants remaining within the middle of 162,000 sq. toes with 52 models.
