US President Donald Trump has withdrawn his nomination of Conservative Economist EJ Antony as Head of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
Following a weak job experiences, Trump fired BLS chief Erica McAunter in August in August in BLS chief Erica McAbantter, Midway.
Dr. Trump's resolution to appoint Antony as the brand new Commissioner of BLS was praised by conservatives, however some impartial economists mentioned he was not eligible for a job.
A White House official mentioned that the President will quickly nominate a brand new candidate for the function.
The officer instructed the BBC: “Dr. EJ Antony is a powerful economist and an American patriot who will proceed to do good work for our nice nation.
