Police stated a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old woman have been arrested after “severed” stays of two kittens in a floor in West London.
The Metropolitan police stated the pair was arrested on May 3 on suspicion of animal cruelty in reference to the incident in Ruilip. They stay in custody.
The police had launched CCTV footage and a picture of a duffle bag thought that his investigation was used to hold kittens as a part of their investigation.
“This incident created a lot of crisis in the region and we thank the community that for their desire to share information supporting our investigation, for their wish,” stated a spokesman for the pressure.
