Six folks have died in separate incidents of snakebite in Banda and Chitrakoot districts of Uttar Pradesh, officers stated right here on Tuesday. In Banda’s Girwan city, a 27-year-old man and his spouse had been hospitalised for remedy of snakebite and died on Monday, Dr Vineet Sachan, the Medical Officer of the District Hospital, stated.
He additionally stated, “A farmer in Samgara village and a woman in Singhpur village were bitten by snakes while working in the fields. They too died in the hospital on Monday. All the bodies have been handed over to the police for post mortem.”
In Chitrakoot district, one a 42-year-old man was admitted to hospital after being bitten by a toxic snake. He died throughout remedy, officers stated, including a 45-year-old girl in Karvi Kotwali space too died of snakebite.
