A person on the heart of an organized crime community has been caught on digital camera telling undercover BBC journalists how he will help him keep away from fines of as much as £60,000 for using unlawful staff.
BBC UK editor Ed Thomas later spoke to Kardos Mateen, also called Shaksawan, about his claims.
