The Grenfell Tower fireplace which killed 72 individuals was the results of “dishonest” firms, successive governments and a scarcity of technique from the fireplace service, a report has concluded.
Speaking after the report’s publication, Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer vowed the Government would work to stop related tragedies sooner or later and apologised to Grenfell victims.
