In a controversial comment, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi Tuesday mentioned 90 per cent of scholars who go overseas fail the National Entrance cum Entrance Test (NEET), the qualifying examination for learning drugs in India. However, Joshi added that this was not the time to debate why college students have been shifting out to check drugs.

His assertion, mentioned to a bunch of reporters, got here on the day India marked its first casualty within the Russia-Ukraine battle. A 21-year-old fourth-year MBBS pupil died amid shelling in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest metropolis.
