Renowned Gujarati movie and theater actor Arvind Rathod handed away on Thursday because of age-related issues at his residence in Paldi space of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Rathod, a local of Bhavnagar in Saurashtra, was 83 and is survived by his niece Jagriti and his son Rhythm.
Speaking to The Indian Express, Jagriti mentioned, “Uncle was in mattress for a while. He was recognized with Covid-19 just a few months again, however he had recovered.
However, because of age-related points, he was bedridden after that.”
Rathod was single and shifted to Ahmedabad along with his nephew after leaving performing in Mumbai.
Known for his roles as villains in Gujarati movies, Rathod was additionally widespread in Gujarati theatre. He additionally labored in Hindi movies. Before beginning his profession as an actor, Rathod labored as a photojournalist.
