Actress Yuvika Chaudhary has filed a case by the Haryana Police for racist abuses in her video

On the criticism of a Dalit rights activist, the Haryana Police has registered a case towards actress Yuvika Chaudhary for allegedly abusing racist in a video that went viral on social media.

According to an official, the police registered an FIR towards the actress on Friday night below the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Dalit rights activist Rajat Kalsan alleged in his criticism that the actress made some derogatory and objectionable remarks in regards to the Scheduled Caste group within the video, a duplicate of which she submitted to the police.

Police stated on Saturday {that a} criticism was made to Hansi’s Superintendent of Police Nikita Ahlawat on May 26 on this regard.

Chaudhary’s video, which allegedly used racist abuses, went viral on social media on May 25, creating an uproar.

The former “Bigg Boss” contestant quickly apologized on Twitter, stating that he didn’t know the that means of the stated phrase.

After a proper investigation by the cyber cell, an FIR was registered towards Yuvika Chaudhary on the Hansi metropolis police station.

The station in-charge of Hansi metropolis police station stated that the FIR has been registered below the related part of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
