Adityanath: Previous UP Governments Didn’t Promote Kumbh, They Preferred To Wear ‘Topi’, Says ‘Mubarakabad’

‘Mubarakabad’ is a greeting in Urdu. It will not be clear whether or not by “cap” Adityanath refers back to the Muslim cap or the crimson cap usually worn by SP members.
