In a video that went viral, Additional District Magistrate of Shajapur in Madhya Pradesh, who went on a marketing campaign to implement the lockout pointers, was seen slapping a shopkeeper.

The incident comes a day after Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday eliminated the Collector of Surajpur district after a video of an IAS officer slapping an individual for violating the lockdown norms went viral on social media.
In the almost 3-minute-long video, the collector was seen slapping an individual whereas implementing the lockout norms within the district. He was additionally seen instructing the law enforcement officials accompanying him to beat the person.
