In a letter to GPs, hospitals and chief executives of well being trusts by the group’s head, civil servant Sharon Gallagher, seen by the BBC, Ms Gallagher mentioned quite a few “additional interventions have emerged strongly which, if implemented quickly, could and benefits can be found”.
