The Nagpur police on Saturday caught an individual delivering meals utilizing GPS location on his cell phone and arrested him final week for allegedly molesting a girl.
Police stated the incident befell on 22 May when the accused, recognized as 27-year-old Suraj Malode, stopped the lady on the pretext of asking her out of an space of the town.
After the lady lodged a grievance, the police contacted the Bangalore headquarters of the meals supply companies firm and sought cooperation within the investigation.
The firm supplied the police with particulars of their motion tracked through GPS, in addition to particulars of all their supply individuals in Nagpur.
“We sought help from the company’s headquarters and arrested Suraj Malode based on his GPS location in the area at the time of the incident. He has confessed his crime, ”the police press be aware said.
