The theatrical launch of the Hindi model of actor Allu Arjun’s 2020 hit Ala Vaikunthapuramulu has been cancelled. The movie was scheduled to open in theaters on January 26 to capitalize on the empty field workplace window and Allu Arjun’s newfound reputation within the Hindi belt. However, after discussions with the makers of Shahzada, the Hindi remake of Kartik Aaryan starrer Ala Vaikunthapuramulu, the distributors have dropped the plan.

“The makers of Shehzada together with Manish Shah’s promoter for media and enterprise have collectively determined to withdraw the theatrical launch of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo Hindi model. Grateful to Manish Shah, the producer of Shehzada, for agreeing to this.

There is buzz that producer Allu Aravind, Allu Arjun’s father and Ala Vaikunthapuramulu’s authentic producer, intervened to cease Manish Shah, who holds the Hindi dubbing rights, from releasing the movie in theaters to save lots of Shehzada’s field workplace prospects. .

Shahzada Ala is the official Hindi remake of Vaikunthapuramulu, with Allu Aravind as co-producer. It was feared that the discharge of the Hindi dubbed model would enormously cut back Shehzada’s relevance, which stars Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon within the lead roles.

The Hindi remake is directed by Rohit Dhawan and is slated to launch later this 12 months.

Meanwhile, regardless of releasing on Amazon Prime Video earlier this month, Allu Arjun’s Pushpa continues to be working in some theaters in North India. It is being instructed that the Hindi model is near Rs 90 crore.
