Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison stated on Thursday that “no one is above the rules” after the nation’s border pressure revoked Novak Djokovic’s visa and denied him entry into the nation to play within the Australian Open tennis match.

“Djokovic’s visa has been revoked. Rules are rules, especially when it comes to our boundaries. No one is above these rules,” Morrison stated in a tweet.

World primary tennis participant Djokovic was initially granted medical exemption from the nation’s COVID-19 vaccination necessities to play on the Australian Open, however was left at Melbourne airport in a single day over visa points.
