Bareilly financial institution guard arrested after ‘controversy over not carrying masks’

A financial institution guard was arrested for allegedly capturing a 28-year-old buyer for not carrying a face masks in Bareilly district on Friday, police mentioned. However, the guard Keshav mentioned that he had unintentionally opened fireplace on Rajesh Kumar through the brawl contained in the financial institution premises, they mentioned.

Police mentioned that the situation of Rajesh admitted within the hospital is secure.

Bareilly SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan mentioned Keshav has been arrested and shall be despatched to judicial custody. “After the complaint, we have registered a case against the guard under IPC section 307 (attempt to murder),” Sajwan mentioned.

Speaking to reporters, Rajesh’s spouse Priyanka Rathore alleged that her husband received into an argument with the safety guards over not carrying a masks contained in the financial institution premises. “Rajesh was not wearing a mask, so the guard said that he would not be allowed to enter the bank. Then he found a mask, but still the guard did not allow him, saying that it was lunch time. He pushed her and shot at her,” mentioned Priyanka.

Meanwhile, in a video, which was shared broadly on social media, Keshav was purportedly proven saying that he had shot the client by mistake.

In the video, Keshav was purportedly seen saying: “He (Rajesh) got here and began combating with me. He tore my shirt buttons too. The set off went off by mistake as my gun was loaded… He additionally abused me and mentioned that he would train me a lesson exterior the financial institution.
