The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday suspended its Telangana MLA T Raja Singh for his controversial remarks concentrating on Islam.
Hyderabad Police arrested BJP MLA T Raja Singh on Tuesday morning for allegedly making derogatory remarks in opposition to the Prophet in a video posted on social media.
“We have received many complaints. MLA Raja Singh has been arrested. We will update you soon about the arrests as well as the sections,” DCP (West Zone) Joel Davis instructed indianexpress.com.
