On its eighth day, the Congress’ Bharat Jodi Yatra took a break on Thursday, with Rahul Gandhi and his entourage resting at Pallimukku in Kerala’s Kollam district, the place the yatra had halted on Wednesday night time.
State Congress Vice President VT Balram mentioned that the break day was as per the itinerary. “Rahul Gandhi spent his time within the camp, principally in a container cabin, which stands within the gated compound of an engineering school. Other vacationers opted to spend time outdoors the camp. Some went to an area seashore in Kollam, whereas others did their laundry,” he mentioned.
There was no interplay with the dignitaries both. The subsequent break from the day by day leg of the yatra will probably be on 23 September.
