The CBI has arrested seven extra individuals, together with some policemen, in reference to the alleged rigging of the recruitment technique of sub-inspectors within the Jammu and Kashmir Police. Officials gave this data on Thursday.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday carried out searches at seven locations in Jammu, Pathankot, Rewari and Karnal in reference to the recruitment rip-off.
The CBI had taken over the investigation of the case on August 3 on a reference from the Jammu and Kashmir authorities.
It had earlier arrested 13 individuals in reference to the case.
The matter pertains to the leak of the query paper of the examination by which the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board was to fill 1,200 posts of sub-inspectors.
