Disposing of the plea, the courtroom stated, “The grievance of the petitioner that he was denied vaccination for non-production of Aadhaar card has additionally been dealt within the affidavit. The Health Ministry addressed a letter to Principal Secretary, Health, in Maharashtra to take motion in opposition to the non-public vaccination heart which denied vaccination to the petitioner regardless of manufacturing of legitimate passport ID.

“The grievance of the petitioner is duly met. All concerned authorities to act in accordance with the policy of the government.”

The petitioner had contended that insistence on Aadhaar violates basic rights beneath Article 21 and Article 14 of the Constitution.
