England have included veteran pacer Chris Woakes within the T20 squad after greater than 5 years for the three-match dwelling sequence towards Sri Lanka beginning June 23.
In addition to Woakes, three gamers – Liam Dawson and David Willey – changed the injured trio of Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer and Recy Topley within the squad.
Woakes final performed a T20 International for England in 2015.
England coach Chris Silverwood stated: “With the T20 World Cup just months away, this summer is about improving our team and continuing to progress on the field.”
“We wish to strategy each sequence with the inflow of gamers aiming to win each match and provides us one of the best preparation because the event approaches.
