Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has stated the band will cease recording new music in 2025.

The 44-year-old musician revealed this throughout an look on a BBC Radio 2 particular.

“Our last proper record will come out in 2025, and after that, I think we will only tour,” stated Martin.

“And maybe we’ll do some collaborative things but the Coldplay catalog, as it were, then ends,” he stated.

Martin leads the band which additionally consists of Johnny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion.

Coldplay launched their ninth album, ‘Music of the Spheres’ in October this yr. The band is ready to go on a worldwide tour subsequent yr.
