Senior Sri Lankan cricketers Angelo Mathews and Dimuth Karunaratne have hit again at former cricketer Muttiah Muralitharan after they reprimanded some senior gamers of the present crew for the continued contract dispute between the gamers and Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC).

In a letter to Muralitharan, Mathews and Karunaratne stated that the present dispute will not be purely cash associated, Island Cricket reported.

“It is unfair and untrue that you state that the issue in the contracts was purely money,” the letter stated. “We really feel that you weren’t correctly knowledgeable of the right sequence of occasions, or presumably misinformed.
